Auto Glitch Transformer 2 (Reason 13)
This is a combinator effect that is the successor to the original Auto Glitch Transformer.
It sports a new sound, more probability and great a new look:
Simply place it after any sound - be it a drum loop, synth lead, vocal - and let it do its glitch magic. Capture all the sounds using Reason's built-in samplers or record to a new track and then you are free to continue the sound design and arrangement process.
Despite the huge range of sounds this effect can produce, the controls are simple;
- Rate Knob controls how quickly the glitch effects change, Mod Rate Button randomizes the rate
- Glitch Chance is the probability a random glitch effect will be applied, Glitch Fill Button only applies such probability in the last half of a two bar section
- Repeat Chance is the probability a beat-repeat effect will occur, Steps Button randomizes between 1/16 + 1/64 and 1/8 + 1/32 timings
- Space Chance is the probability a random-sized reverb will be applied, Mono Button randomizes the stereo width.
Beyond that, there is an OTT Style compressor, Dry/Wet Mix and final output Level.
